Home Staging Consultation

All of our services start with an initial consultation and walk thru. This way we can better serve the home seller by assessing first what can and should be done to the home in order for it to show better and sell faster. The First Stage consultant will spend a couple of hours with the home seller and preferably with the Realtor walking thru the home and discussing needs, wants, goals and expectations. During this time the home seller will obtain information on how to address each room of the house so it shows to its fullest potential. We will end the consultation with a proposal for further staging services if needed.
 

Half Day of Professional Home Staging

We spend a half day working from our detailed Action Plan making dramatic transformations to your home. You won't believe the difference a few hours can make! At the end of the session, The First Stage will give the detailed Action Plan to the home seller in order to complete the transformations.
 

Full Day of Professional Home Staging

We spend the day rearranging existing furniture, or positioning the rental furniture to create a smart design in every space. We accessorize and refresh every aspect of the home to make it inviting and welcoming for each showing, right down to the flowers, candles and set dining room table. A complete transformation all in one day! At the end of the session, The First Stage will give the detailed Action Plan to the Home Seller in order to maintain the surroundings in the order prescribed.
